Course materials are shipped. The courses have no assignments and no quizzes to submit to the school. You are eligible to take the final anytime after receiving the materials from the school. The final is "Open Book" and will be available onlin or mailed to a monitor conveniently located in your community. The monitor can be any person as long as not related to you by blood or marriage. Passing grade is 60%. Upon passing the final, the school provides a Certificate of Completion for each course, which lists the hours completed and the name and approval numbers for each course.

Course materials are shipped. Read the "Real Estate Matters" textbook and complete the 10 reading assignments and quizzes. Answers to quizzes are not to be submitted to the school. They are for helping you judge your progress. The 3-hour and 6-hour courses have no assignments or quizzes. You can take the finals for the 3-hour or 6-hour courses anytime after receiving the course materials. The 30-hour course final cannot be taken until on or after the fourth day of receiving it. All finals are "Open Book" and are faxed or mailed to a monitor conveniently located in your community (students must present adequate identification. Photo I.D. Preferred.). The monitor can be any person as long as not related to you by blood or marriage. Passing grade is 60%. Upon passing the final, the school provides a Certificate of Completion.
