Statutory Courses, Exam Preparation and Continuing Education

Proof of cancellation must be received by the school within 10 days from date materials were received by you or delivered to the shipping address you provided us. Upon our school receiving back all materials, the course fee paid will be refunded (within 30 days) minus a 20% fee based on the total charged (less shipping costs) of the total charged shown below for registration which includes, administrative, handling and restocking charges. Additional deductions will be made for damaged or unreturned materials. Money-Back Guarantee only applies to the License Prep Courses. To qualify for a refund, you must within the 6 month enrollment period do the following: Provide the school with a copy of the failure notice from the State within one week after receiving notice of failing the exam. Upon returning all course materials to the school, the school will within 30 days refund the entire amount paid for the license preparation portion of the program plus the fee you paid to the state to take your exam... Sales Agent State Exam Application Fee $60 or for Brokers $90.

STATUTORY COURSES
Textbook "Buy-back," Contract Term and Scheduling Final Exams


TEXTBOOK "BUY-BACK": To qualify for refund when returning textbooks, the book(s) must be returned to the school in an "undamaged," "unmarked," and "like new" condition within 60 days (per course) from the date of enrollment, and the school will pay the sum of $20 per textbook. Proof of delivery to the school is the responsibility of student. Contract Term: Contract term is for 6 months from date of registration, if enrolling in 1 to 4 courses at the same time or 1-Year if enrolling in 5 or more courses.

Contract Extensions: Anytime within 30 days after expiration of the contract term students my extend their contract term for and additional 6-months for a fee of $25 per course. After 30 days it will be necessary to re-enroll and pay the full current fee. Refund policies do not carry-over to extended contracts.

Final Examinations: Finals must be taken during contract period. Exam is "Open Book, Monitored" and requires a 60% grade to pass. Final examinations may be taken anytime after 2-1/2 weeks from date of receiving course materials. If taking more than one course, student becomes eligible to take a final each 2-1/2 weeks. Example: If taking 3 courses, after 2-1/2 weeks student becomes eligible to schedule a final, after 5 weeks a second final and after 7-1/2 weeks the third course final. If final is failed student will be administered a second final, if second final failed, course is failed.
