To qualify to schedule a testing date, individuals are required to complete the following requirements.:
2 YEARS FULLTIME SALES AGENT EXPERIENCE
within the previous 5 years or equivalent experience (go to: dre.ca.gov)
or 4 YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE
any accredited college or university, Degree must have a major or minor in real estate.
