Below is some basic information regarding our approved pre-requisite courses, statements and refund policies which all schools are required by the DRE to make available for students to read prior to placing an order and enrolling in any of our programs.

Method of Presentation: Completed by Correspondence/e-book//online final, 45 hours credit, The course must be completed within 1 year from the date of enrollment.

Final Examinations: Finals are taken online, 100 multiple choice questions, 2-1/2 hours given to complete final exam, 60% required passing grade. The final exam cannot be taken until 2 ½ weeks after enrollment date.

Correspondence Course Identification Statement
Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification immediately before the administration of the final examination.

Note: Would only apply when taking final examination in person at a physical location. (When taking finals online doesn’t apply)

    • A. current California Driver’s License,

 

    • B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code,

 

    C. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which be as a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.

Refund Policy: Proof of cancellation must be received by the school within 10 days from date materials were received by student or delivered to the shipping address provided to us. Upon school receiving back all materials, the course fee paid will be refunded (within 7 days) minus a 20% fee based on the total charged (minus shipping costs) for registration which includes administrative, handling and restocking charges.
